This strategic transformation was undertaken to strengthen corporate governance and enhance operational focus by separating KOBUMI Agroforestry and KOBUMI Marine into distinct business entities, enabling each sector to grow more effectively and sustainably.
During the year, PT Ekosistim Bumi Lestari (KOBUMI Agroforestry) recorded a 57% increase in sales, reaching a total value of IDR 32,433,901,415, while PT Kobumi Samudra Khatulistiwa (KOBUMI Marine) achieved a business value of IDR 7,499,051,995.
