Throughout 2025, KOBUMI operated entirely, managing funds and investments on behalf of its shareholders. As a company in which cooperatives hold shares, financial transparency and accountability are crucial. Therefore, a financial audit is conducted to ensure that the financial statements of PT Kobumi comply with the Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and can be clearly presented during the General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS).
In 2025, KOBUMI generated revenue from the sales of nutmeg and copra. This audit aims to ensure that the financial statements of PT Kobumi have been prepared correctly and in accordance with applicable regulations. The audit further ensures that the financial statements submitted to shareholder cooperatives are clear, understandable, and accurately reflect the company’s actual financial position.
In this context, KOBUMI requires the services of an Independent Public Accountant registered with the Ministry of Finance and affiliated with an international Public Accounting Firm (KAP). The preparation of these Terms of Reference serves as a guideline for selecting the KAP through a transparent procurement process, aligned with KOBUMI’s procurement guidelines, emphasizing quality and competitive pricing from service providers with strong track records and credibility.

Salah satu bisnis yang dijalankan oleh KOBUMI adalah penyewaan kapal Phinisi (EcoXplorer) yang digunakan untuk kebutuhan riset dan juga Leisure. Rute kapal ini untuk wilayah Timur Indonesia yaitu: Raja Ampat, Teluk Cenderawasih, Kaimana/Teluk Triton, dan Banda Neira. Rute lainnya disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan client. Kapal EcoXplorer telah beroperasi sejak Agustus 2023 dan berlabuh di Sorong sebagai area homebase kapal. Sebagai Assistant Cruise Leader, tujuan utama Anda adalah untuk memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam menjalankan operasional dan manajemen kapal secara efektif. Anda akan bekerja sama dengan Cruise Leader dan tim kru untuk memastikan pengalaman yang tak terlupakan bagi tamu kami, sambil menjaga keamanan, kenyamanan, dan kesiapan kapal.

TUJUAN PEKERJAAN
KOBUMI operates in close collaboration with local communities and indigenous groups, fostering a spirit of cooperation that results in a diverse range of remarkable commodities and special products sourced from the captivating Eastern Paradise of Indonesia. We launched our business this year with a primary focus on fishery commodities and spices. As part of our new expansion, we are seeking Sales and Marketing Commodity officers who will be responsible for overseeing the Sales and Marketing of Multi Commodity (Fishery and Spices) trading for B2B clients. The key responsibilities of this role include understanding customer requirements, creating, sending, and following up on proposals, preparing and following up on tenders, ensuring smooth order execution, and managing payment receipts. The officers will also be responsible for collaborating with internal functional teams, contributing to the development and delivery of proposals in response to business opportunities. Additionally, this role will be accountable for driving sales and business development across multiple regions.
